Seven steps from the first call to a live site
One call, one checklist, a build within 14 days of complete content, and your approval before anything goes live. After that, edits are an email.
The whole build, in seven steps
- 1 You and us
Book the call
Day one
We map your products, doors and towns to pages, look at how quote requests reach you today, and tell you plainly whether the plan fits. Nothing is signed on the call.
- 2 You
Sign up and get the checklist
When you decide
You accept the plan terms, the setup fee is invoiced and the content checklist below lands in your inbox. The monthly fee doesn’t start yet.
- 3 You
Send your content
At your pace
Answers, install photos, product details and label values, prices or ranges, and access to your domain. Send what you have; we tell you exactly what is missing.
- 4 Us
We build the site
Within 14 days
The 14-day clock starts once the checklist is complete. We design the pages, structure them from your answers, size your photos for phones and build the quote form.
- 5 You
Review on your phone
Before launch
A private preview link. Check every page where homeowners will see it, on a phone, and send corrections as one list. Corrections are part of setup.
- 6 Us
Go live
When you approve
We point your domain at the site and redirect your old pages where we can. The monthly fee and the minimum term start that month.
- 7 You ask, we do
Monthly edits and report
Every month
Email up to 5 changes a month and we make them. Each month you get a count of the quote requests and messages the site sent you.
Your side of the build, and ours
What you do
- Take one call about your products, doors and towns.
- Gather the content checklist: details, photos, label values, prices or ranges.
- Check the preview on your phone and send one list of corrections.
- Email changes when your products, hours or towns change.
What we do
- Plan the pages around the way you sell and install.
- Design, build and host the site, and set up the quote form.
- Connect your domain, redirect old pages and keep the site patched.
- Make up to 5 edits a month and send the inquiry report.
The first call, both directions
What we ask you
- Which products and services bring in most of your work.
- Where you install, and where you would like more work.
- How homeowners reach you now: phone, referrals, a Google profile, an old website.
- Whether you have a domain, and who has access to it.
What you find out
- The page structure we would suggest for your business.
- What you would need to send, and roughly how long that takes to gather.
- The price and minimum term, as published.
- Whether the plan fits. If it doesn’t, we say so.
The content checklist, your only homework
This is the list you receive after signing up. Tick items as you gather them; the ticks stay on this device only while the page is open.

Content checklist, window and door company website
Nothing on this list needs to be perfect. Send what you have; we tell you what is missing before the build clock starts.
The build, within 14 days of complete content
The 14-day period starts on the day we have the checklist items. If something is missing, we tell you what, and the period starts once it arrives. We don’t start the clock and then wait on you.
During the build we set up the pages, write headings and short linking text from your answers, format your content, size your photos for phones, build the quote form and set page titles, descriptions and structured data. We don’t invent claims, reviews or figures; anything factual on the site comes from you.
What slows a build down, and how to avoid it
| Delay | How to avoid it |
|---|---|
| Nobody can log in to the domain registrar | Find out who registered the domain before the call. If a former web person holds it, start that conversation early. |
| Label values arrive one model at a time | Ask your manufacturer or supplier for the product sheets for every model you want shown, in one request. |
| Photos with no captions | For each install photo, note the product, the house type and the town. One line each is enough. |
| Warranty or financing wording still being checked | Send the exact wording your warranty or financing provider allows. We publish it as written. |
Your review before anything goes live
You receive a private preview link. Open it on your phone first, because that is how most homeowners will see it. Send corrections as one list: wrong prices, a photo in the wrong place, a product you no longer carry.
Corrections to what we built are part of the setup, not your monthly edits. The site goes live when you tell us it is ready.
Going live without losing your old pages
- Domain
- Your domain is aimed at the finished site on launch day. Email running on that domain is left untouched.
- Old website
- If you had one, we redirect its main pages to the matching new pages where we can.
- Search engines
- The sitemap is submitted once the site is live on your domain.
- Billing
- The monthly fee starts from the month the site goes live, and so does the minimum term.
Monthly edits, and what counts as one
| Request | Counts as |
|---|---|
| Add eight new install photos to the gallery with captions | One edit |
| Add a new product line to an existing product page | One edit |
| Change opening hours for the holidays | One edit |
| Add three towns to the service area | One edit |
| Swap the spring note for a fall booking note | One edit |
| Add a new page type, such as a financing calculator | Outside the plan, quoted first |
Up to 5 edits are included each month. Unused edits don’t carry over. Each month you also receive the inquiry report: how many quote requests and messages the site sent you.
