Websites that book the measure for window and door companies in Canada
The measure calls start when the snow goes. This is the site that is ready for them: product pages a homeowner can compare, a quote form that asks about openings, and the towns you install in.
CA$249/month, CA$499 setup, plus applicable taxes
- Live within 14 days of your content
- Up to 5 edits a month, made for you
- Hosting, SSL and security updates in the fee

A 12-month minimum term from the day your site goes live, then month to month. That is the entire price list.
Who we build for
Five kinds of window and door business, each selling to a different buyer, each getting a page structure built around its own work.
- Replacement window installers Retrofit and full-frame window replacement in existing homes.
- Entry and patio door installers Front doors, sidelites, patio and storm doors, supplied and installed.
- Window and door dealers Authorized dealers selling one or more manufacturers’ product lines.
- Local window and door manufacturers Regional fabricators selling direct and through a dealer network.
- Glass and sealed-unit repair shops Foggy sealed units, broken glass, screens and hardware repairs.
Five scenes that cost you a measure
None of these is a design problem. Each one happens on a phone, in the evening, while a homeowner has your site open next to two competitors.
Natural Resources Canada tells homeowners to research installers first and to get three quotes when possible 1 . Whoever answers the obvious questions first gets the appointment booked.
-
The brochure that will not open
A homeowner taps “our products” and gets a supplier PDF. It loads slowly, the type is too small to read on a phone, and nothing in it says which of those models you actually install.
What it costs The homeowner backs out before they learn you fit the window they came for.
-
A form that asks for a message
Name, email, message. The homeowner doesn’t know whether to describe the house, count the openings or ask the price, so they type two vague lines or leave.
What it costs Your office spends the next call asking what should already be on the screen.
-
Efficiency talk with no values
Every page says energy efficient. The homeowner has a competitor’s quote in the other hand with a U-factor and an Energy Rating printed on it, and nothing on your site to hold against those numbers.
What it costs You are compared on price alone, because that is the only figure you gave them.
-
No sign of where you install
One address in the footer. A homeowner forty minutes out cannot tell whether you cross the bridge, the county line or the provincial border, so they call the company that names their town.
What it costs Work you would happily drive to, handed to whoever said so first.
-
A gallery frozen two seasons ago
Twelve photos of windows, no product names, no house types, and nothing added since the site was built. A 1950s bungalow owner cannot find a bungalow anywhere in it.
What it costs Your best proof, the work itself, never reaches the person deciding.
The same five, fixed in the build
Each scene above is closed by something in the plan, not by a redesign you pay extra for.
| Scene | On your site now | In the build |
|---|---|---|
| The brochure | A supplier PDF standing in for a product range. | A page for each type you install: casement, awning, slider, double-hung, bay and bow, entry and patio doors. Each one can be found on its own. |
| The form | A message box that asks nothing a quote needs. | A quote form that asks what is being replaced, how many openings, the house type and the season they want it done. |
| Efficiency talk | The same phrase on every page, with no figure behind it. | The U-factor and Energy Rating from the label, on the page for that model, taken from the sheet you supply. |
| Service area | A street address and a guess. | Every town and region you install in, named, and linked from the quote form and the footer. |
| The gallery | A grid with no captions and nothing recent. | Installs captioned with the product, the house and the work done, with new ones added through your monthly edits. |
What changes for you
Five plain differences. No promise about rankings, traffic or how many jobs you win, because nobody can honestly make one.
- On the phone
Calls start with facts
The openings, the house and the timing arrive with the request, so the first conversation is about booking the measure.
- In the diary
Fewer measures that go nowhere
A homeowner who has read your product pages and your service area knows what you fit and that you come to their town.
- At the desk
Nobody has to update the site
New photos, a product line, holiday hours: you email the change and it is made for you, in or out of season.
- In the file
You can see what the site sent you
A monthly count of quote requests and messages, so the site is judged on work, not on how it looks.
- On the invoice
One line instead of four
Hosting, the certificate, patches and changes sit inside the monthly fee. There is no builder subscription to renew separately.

Quote request
What are you replacing?
How many openings?
When would you like them installed?
On every product page
- U-factor
- Copied from the model's label
- Energy Rating
- Copied from the model's label
- Frame
- Vinyl, fibreglass or wood
- Glazing
- Double or triple, gas fill
- The quote comes first. The main button starts a quote, not a contact form.
- The range sits in one row. Each product type opens its own page.
- Three taps to a measure. What, how many and when, answered on a phone.
- Label values where they belong. On the model’s page, from the sheet the company supplies.
The install-season board
A window and door year has two halves. The board says what has to be live before the trucks are booked solid, and what is better done while the shop is quiet.
Column A Live before the season
- Product pages for this year’s range. Whatever you have committed to install, with the options a homeowner will ask about.
- The quote form. Openings, house type and the season they want the work done.
- Service area by town. Written before the calls start coming from two counties over.
- Last season’s installs. Captioned photos while the jobs are fresh and the homeowners are easy to ask.
- Financing and warranty wording. Exactly as your provider allows it to be shown.
- Lead-time note. How far out you are booking, so nobody calls expecting next week.
Column B Can wait for winter
- Glass and sealed-unit repair pages. The work that fills the cold months once the install run ends.
- Longer product explainers. Frame materials, triple glazing, what suits an older house.
- Label values, model by model. Gathering sheets from suppliers takes longer than writing the page.
- Regrouping the gallery. By house type and product, once a full season of photos is in.
- Door range. Entry, patio and storm doors, written properly rather than squeezed in during July.
- Review follow-up. Asking last season’s customers, inside Google’s rules.
We work the board with you at sign-up and again each autumn, so the site is finished before the season, not during it. Column B work is what the monthly edits are for.
The same company, before and after
What a homeowner meets on each version of the site.
| What they meet | Before | After |
|---|---|---|
| First screen on a phone | A slider of stock houses and a phone number | What you install, where you install it, and a quote button |
| The product question | One page covering windows and doors together | A page per type, with options and label values |
| Asking for a price | A message box and a wait | A form that asks what a measure needs, sent to your inbox |
| Checking you come to them | An address in the footer | The towns and regions you install in, listed |
| Looking for proof | Photos with no captions | Installs named by product, house and work done |
| Six months later | Nothing has changed | New installs, new products, current hours |
What the fee covers, drawn in section
Six parts, each inside the monthly fee, each there because a homeowner or your office needs it.
- 01 · Frame
Hosting, SSL and security updates
The frame holds everything else in place. We run the hosting, renew the certificate and patch the site, so there is no login, plugin or hosting invoice for you to manage.
- 02 · Weatherstrip
Up to 5 content edits a month
What keeps the weather out after year one. New installs, a new product line, a fall booking note: email the change and we make it.
- 03 · Label
A monthly inquiry report
Like the label on the glass, it tells you what the unit is doing: how many quote requests and messages the site sent you that month.
- 04 · Glazing
Pages for the way you sell
What the homeowner looks through: a page per product type, doors, service areas, a captioned gallery, and financing and warranty wording exactly as you supply it.
- 05 · Sash
A quote form built around openings
The part that opens. It asks what is being replaced, how many openings, the house type and the timeline, so the first call starts with facts.
- 06 · Sill
Live within 14 days of your content
The sill everything sits on. We build from your content checklist, you review every page on your phone, and nothing goes live until you say so.
Outside the fee, said before you sign
- Paid advertising, such as Google Ads, and the ad spend.
- Logo or brand design.
- Writing your content: you supply the words, photos, product details and prices, and we lay them out.
- Domain registration fees: the domain is registered in your business name and you pay the registrar.
Opens fast, and built to be found
Two things a window company site has to do before anything else: load on a weak signal, and be readable by a search engine.
Plain pages, not a plugin stack
Pages are built as static files with small scripts, fonts served from your own site and photos sized for phones. Nothing is added later that quietly slows them down.
Titles, descriptions and structured data
Every page gets a written title and description, product and business markup where it fits, and a sitemap submitted once you are live on your own domain.
Google uses the mobile version of a site for indexing and ranking 2 , and the Core Web Vitals targets we build toward are published: LCP 2.5 s, INP 200 ms, CLS 0.1 3 . We don’t promise a score or a position. Both depend on your photos, your competition and the devices your visitors hold.
From first call to live site, logged as revisions
Six stages on one drawing. You approve the site before it goes live, and the monthly fee starts the month it does.

Bring your product list and the towns you cover
On a short call we sketch the page plan your site would get: which product and door pages, how the quote form would be worded for your work, and which towns go on the service area page. You keep the plan whether or not you go ahead.
How we work, and what we will never put here
This studio is new. Rather than dress that up, here is exactly what you are dealing with.
The person who builds it
One studio, one plan, and the same people on the call, the build and your monthly edits. Your business details are on the site before launch.
No reviews we made up
No testimonials, star ratings or client counts appear on this site until real clients agree to be named. Sample builds are labelled as fictional businesses.
We are not installers
We build and run websites. We don’t measure, install, certify products or give energy advice, and nothing we publish replaces your own judgement on a job.
Questions owners ask before booking, answered as clauses
15.1 What does the website plan cost?
CA$249 a month plus a one-off setup fee of CA$499, plus applicable taxes. That is the whole price list. There is one plan, with no tiers, no add-on bundles, no launch discount and no "from" price that grows once you are signed. The minimum term is 12 months from the day your site goes live, then the plan runs month to month.
15.2 Who owns the domain name?
Your business does. The registration goes in your business name, with your business as the registrant, and you pay the registrar yourself. If you already hold a domain, it keeps working: we aim it at the new build, so the address printed on your trucks and quotes never changes. If the plan ends, we help you move the domain wherever you want it.
15.3 How long does it take to get my site live?
Within 14 days of us receiving your content. The clock starts once we have the items on the content checklist: business details, the towns and regions you install in, the products you sell, photos, the prices or price ranges you want shown, and access to your domain. If something is missing, we tell you exactly what, and the clock starts when it arrives. Nothing goes live until you have approved the preview.
15.4 Do you write the text for my website?
No, and we say so up front. Writing your content is not part of the plan. You supply the words, photos, product details and prices; we structure the pages, lay everything out and put each piece where a homeowner looks for it. The content checklist asks plain questions, such as which products you install and which towns you cover, so the answers are the raw material for the pages.
15.5 Can my site show ENERGY STAR ratings for the windows I sell?
Yes, where they are true for the model. Your product pages can show the values printed on each model’s label, such as the U-factor and Energy Rating, and can say a model is ENERGY STAR certified if that model is certified in Canada. You supply the model details and confirm them before they are published. We don’t add certification claims ourselves, and this site does not certify, rate or test anyone’s products.
15.6 What happens straight after I book a call?
You get a confirmation with the time. On the call we talk through the products you install, the towns you cover and how inquiries reach you today, and we tell you honestly whether the plan fits. If you go ahead, you receive the plan terms and the content checklist, and the setup fee is invoiced. If you don’t, that is the end of it: no follow-up sequence, no mailing list.
